BlackBerry Pearl 8110 - user opinions and reviews

My blackberry pearl has a problem in loading in that it loads anytime when I receive a message,when someone calls to the point that I cannot receive the call. This is shown by the rotating of the hourglass at the centre of the screen. What could be the problem with it and how can I correct that?

My blackberry pearl's keyboard/keypad is not working right. When I press the menu button, it randomly presses any key. Like today When I click on menu it presses 'QW' please help. thanks :)

I used my BlackBerry 8110 for 18 months, and it was a brilliant phone. The only downsides are the Proprietary operating system is a let down at times, freezing often and it takes ages to boot! The camera with flash is of a good quality and the installation of BlackBerry Messanger is a bonus! I got mine for £89.99 in Carphone Warehouse on T-Mobile with unlimited Internet and email for a full year!!!
