my phone screen turns white then it shut down while im using it, and when im about to turn it on, the red light keep on blinking and it doesnt switching on anymore... help me! And some technicans saaing problem with a phone and somesaying change the battery.nw i am confused which is correct and even if battery issue i am unable find the battery in dxb and srilanka aswell...plz advise

i made a mistake keeping password security...
i forgot the password..i tried very much ..but it didn't work.
please tell me is there any other option entering without password..or removing security?....please let me know

i have x650 since 2008 , after 2 years usage , i need a new battery but it is unavailable in syria...nor agent is found in syria... now touch screen and crusor are not working well... really i am so frustrated 4 buying this type of mobile...
