Well if u dont care about 4g..then go for it. Im not really sure if its gonna work in ur country..i think even here in gsmarena,they didnt even mention l23 version on the gflex. you cnt really trust that version.

Dont change flex to zultra. But its yr decision. Im enjoying g flex right. Sadly youre not. Tsk. I was gonna buy z ultra but the battery of it is too small.thats why dont hv any regrets buying the flex.. bcoz the battery is awesome!the earpce and speakers are clear And loud.

hony, 23 Feb 2015Try factory reset....did u update ur software?reset it. Try if it will work.I factory restart it,it has 4.4.2 android...tryimg to remove it with apps but no success.And it was good phone.I exchange flex for xperia z ultra

Yes there will be a lollipop update. They will release it this march or april. Just read it somewhere so dont qoute me on that. Probobly later this yr.

Hi anybody here who has lg g flex thas has loose usb port? The plastic that aligns microusb when charging. Cause when i shake the phone i hear a sound. Something is loose. Just bought this b new fLex. Just want to know if guys have the same issue. Thank u guys

I have a lg l23 in India. I rooted this device through a link from a Japanese website by translating in English.
Yes I sick of stuck at 4.2 as no stock rom is developed for this model

But did u notice that this phone can only run 9 apps?and the remaining 400-600 ram that are available are unusable. I tried to open other apps to check on task manager .if it will add up. But no still 9 apps. What it does is replace the app i open earlier. With the one that i just opened. Check ur phone if its the same.

Root and android updates are not available for L23 version of G FLEX. L23 also don't have LG logo on its front side. It looks like a clone but its original LG. 3G and 4G is also have connectivity issues because Japan bands are different. I am myself in doubt whether to buy the L23 model or not. Because here in Saudi Arabia, other versions of G FLEX are not available.

L23 is made for japanese network operator AU. Like AT&T in US and T-Mobile in UK, AU is mobile operator in Japan. L23 is running on Android 4.2 jelly bean and updates will not come to it because its made for particular mobile operator. AU policy is they do not release android updates for their phones. So forget 4.4 KitKat. And free memory is 21gb out of 32gb. While the international version has 26gb of 32gb. Like Huawei, AU do not update its phone. And also for your information, L23 phone will ask you to register and sign into AU account.
