Its a very good phone. have been using it for a year now. And at the price they are offering it, it worth buying.

Very bad phone. Camera always hang you need to restart phone, many applications give error while setup, facebook videos not open. I hate this phone

I bought micromax kanvas knight, its an awesome phone. after 3months it was dropped in water by mistake because of the non removable battery i could not open it and save my phone. now phone is working but screen got strucked. i cannot use the phone even switched on. i went to service centre for rectification they said it was water damage and charges for replacing screen is 12,500/-. with that price i can buy a xiaomi mi3 right? Y it is so expensive when entire phone is coming today for 16k. the screen is not available out side.. please suggest me if the screen is available for low cost

I have Purchased the Phone on 07.12.2013. The performance of the Phone is very good.
1) Later, the touch Screen is not functioning from 22.01.14. I handed over the phone in Service center. They got it repaired after 20 Days.
2)Again, the same problem repeated on 18.07.14. The service ceter people got it repaired again handed over to me on 31.07.14 (13Days).
3) Again the same problem repeated from 08.09.14. After handing over in Service center, thay r not in a position, that they could not intimate me the probable date of repair even after 20 Days. Then, I informed them that I am going to Complain in Consumer forum if the i did't not get the phone rectified. Immediately, they repaired the phone and gave back to me on 01.10.14.
My Phone is with service center for more than 55 Days. The phone is under warrenty till 06.12.14. If the problem repeats after 06.12.14, I don't Know What to do.
The phone looks Excellant, Functioning well, Service centers receiving and reply is good. But the problem is with the higher level ofiicers of Micromax. They r not reacting quickly for sending spares etc.,
I used to by Indian Product. As Micromax is Indian company. I took the phone. Pl do the repairs / Servicing quickly.
If no repair, the Phone is very Good.

I have bought new micromax canvas A250 turbo two months back and now it starts hanging..tell me the solution for this problem.it hangs for atleast 45 mins.

u can do the following=
1-get ur phone rooted and install a custom rom or swype memory.
or 2-u can disable auto update my apps option in playstore settings.
