4- times need to visit service center after purchasing phone - in a month and ALL FAKE PROMISES MADE BY MICROMAX
I seriously regret to purchase this phone.
AS A CUSTOMER - MY SATISFACTION OF USING THIS PHONE IS ZERO , INTACT I WILL RATE NEGATIVE
From day 1 there are plenty of problems with this phone.
1. If I open the camera phone gets hanged for hours, can even power off - as screen goes blank and nothing works for 4-5 hours
2. automatically gets into aeroplane mode.
3. Automatically call gets disconnected
4. Battery life for less than 3 hours on fully charges phone
5. Entire contact list got erased all of a sudden and don't know why
6. Headset does not work properly, weird sounds when I use headset. With work battery backup- not even able to use headset to avoid harmful radiations
7. Screen goes blank all of a sudden- doesn't work for 30 mins to 1 hour
8. google gets blocked/hanged and doesn't open for days and suddenly one day it starts working and again gets blocked/hanged next - goes on and off
Off all this issues I have visited micromax service centre at Secundrabad (AP). They took phone, said must be software issue, we will update and give you. Handed over phone back to me in 10mins.
I Seriously doubt on the quality of check they have done in ten mins. after handing the phone on 18th MARCH evening after updation, phone is behaving more weirdly.
AFTER SERVICING for FOUR TIMES FORM MICROMAX AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER in a month , PHONE IS ALL THE MORE SCREWEDUP
1. Battery is not getting charged at ALL. Always I have to plug in for charge and use the phone
2. NOT GOING INTO SLEEP MODE, EVEN AFTER SETTINGS IN PHONE: Sleep mode after 15sec of inactivity.
3. I am not getting missed calls. People are saying they are calling me but I am not getting calls. After sometime it shows in missed call list
4.SETTING: Lock if Power off button is pressed. HOWEVER, Its not getting locked until I press it many times and again STILL LIGHT WILL BE THERE AS ITS NOT GOING INTO SLEEP MODE
5. Call drops all of a sudden, even though there is full signal. Many people even said I think your new phone is not working properly
6. Automatically phone gets into aeroplane mode
7. SETTING: Automatically lock - immediately after sleep - but its rarely geting locked.
8. only after power off and power on - sleep mode works for 15 mins. after 15 mins again it keeps lighting all time.
9. WORST THING HOME BUTTON/SCREEN DOESNT WORK
10. Camera opens and again phone gets hanged
MANY MANY PROBLEM WITH THIS STUPID PHONE. IT MORE MORE FRUSTRATING USING THIS PHONE
Pathetic PHONE AND WORST SERVICES FROM MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER.

In case u face camera issue...please uninstall Skype and restart mobile...camera will work properly.... seems issue with Skype...not with turbo camera... overall very much satisfied with canvas turbo...Good mobile...

Guys just wait for 4.4.2 (kitkat) bcoz jellybean 4.2.1 is full of bugs. Hope kitkat gave us a best result....

its a worst n damned mobile i have ever used.the battery hardly lost maximum one hour on the first day i bought.its pure waste of money & the customer service i received is very terrible,harsh.its better to go for reputed brands. so frnz dont go for it

quey, 18 Mar 2014I just bought turbo 2 days ago n my phone suddenly gets hang and then there is no way no reboo... morePress power button and volume up button together for 20 seconds when the device is hang and it will power off then sure , but yes v bad in terms of price and service provided by micromax thank you

In terms of Memory in this phone what is mean by 0.98 GB (For Apps Installation), 12.47 GB (For User Data). It means we can only install various application like whatsapps or games till 0.95 GB ? or 0.98 GB is for the Operating System ?
