I gave it to service center but Micromaxs service is very worst. It's very bad company. I sent them legal court notice . Matter will proced in the cozumar court.

Dp, 24 May 2015This phone is junk... After 6 months of usage the phone gets heated up when we watch any movie... moreYes i have the same problem, A massage showing that your phone battery tempreture is too high or too low please remove the battery.
and we have not any option to switch off the phone.
If any body have the solution regarding that problem, please share the solution.

This phone is junk... After 6 months of usage the phone gets heated up when we watch any movie. I got a new pop up which tells "Please remove the battery. The temprrature is too low or high" and we have only one option to switch off the mobile. I dont know whats the solution for this

Using this mobile from more than one year...no issues till date...instead of gng to samsung go for micromax nw service is also quite improved in maharashtra mira road...luved it...headsoff

I have been using Micromax A250 from last 6 months. There is no software updates. Don't go for Micromax, sumsung is far better than this even cost is more. My mobile has so many malfunctioning.

am using Micro-max canvas turbo A 250 handset, Just recently the back camera is not working properly when i have open front camera it high quality picture but camera picture is very dim. Hope that back camera is 13 MP mega pixel front camera is 2 MP mega pixal but it was interchanged. So pls give me the solution to get back to same position.

Phone is no better than a Cow's shit and Micromax's service is even more pathetic . I had given my Mobile in their service Centre after 3 months of use and it was with them for nearly 2 months initially then again after I had a problem and again they kept it for 20 days then again after 2 months it was a problem with its screen that they had change earlier twice and then they asked me to pay ₹ 6000 to put a new screen.
1st I bought it for 18k then again they are asking for another 6k after 8 months to rectify the problem and they were not accepting my warranty card also. It won't even look at Micromax ever now.

brought this phone a year back , it is start hanging after 2 month and head phone is very poor in quality and very much worst part of this phone is battery.
my phone is getting switch of offensively and battery back is very poor.
i would suggest don't go with Micro max product

I purchased this phone before 4 months it has hang problem from 2 months and now battery backup is only 4 hours.in jorney it creates more problem
