Moved to motorala after using Samsung S3 for almost 2.5 years. 20 days experience with Moto isn't that exciting. Few basic things such as one touch shortcut for Mobile data, select multiple contacts, clear all recent apps in one go, LED notification for messages etc are missing. These things make huge difference for me, at least in the initial days. Otherwise, performance is good. Battery could have been better. Adaptive brightness doesn't work well.

Finally yesterday nt i got lollipop 5.1 for my moto g....very smoooth...many bugs are fixed...dialler app speed is increased...very nice update..thnq motorola.....

Hi all, I bought MOTO G3 2 months back. Now it is not displaying the name/ phone numbers of any incoming call. It just displays "Unknown number calling". I tried restarting my phone, re-fitting my sim card, finally FORMATTED it also, but upto no avail. I am really dis-appointed and pissed off. The customer Care guys say you have to come to us and we don know what the problem is. I had a samsung phone before, now I feel we pay heavily for the brand because they have better quality checks done... Feeling 13K down the drain, when a phone is not doing its primary function itself properly. I am switching back to my old phone now, thank god I din sell it.

Yes moto g will soon get 5.1.I think performance of moto g will improve after seeding 5.1 .hoping to get Android m in future:)

Phone was great for almost 2 years. Having trouble with staying connected to ANY wi-fi or Bluetooth. Will not even stay on my home wi-if!!!!!!! Tried to reboot, but that didn't help either. Not a happy camper!!!
