I updated my motto g to the latest version and since them my joke has become very slow and gets hanged every now and then.. Could anyone help me with this issue.. I want my old speed and flow back

Do not purchase moto g mobile. There is no proper battery .We cannot able to take out the battery. There is no clarity in camera. They are cheating the Indians by selling this phone.I am suggesting you this phone is absolutely waste

Enable pulse notification light in settings.
download notification listener(marco stornelli) and notification light widget(Motorola mobility Inc).
works in my phone. Hope works in all other systems.

On the first place after upgrade u gotta remove all 3rd party apps and reinstall that. This s a common issue in every system when there r lots of cache data. Once u do dat its clear.quick office has lots of bugs that even google doesnt provide u the support.use Wps office. Lolipop is a wonderful creation and its really awesome. Its very fast. Describe ur problem ppl will help. Stop unnecessary bad comments.

Phone is much better than what is being claimed by advertisement. This phone is impressive and has all the features. Worth its money.

i can't download torrent files on my Moto G. it was possible on 4.4.3. and was unable from 4.4.4 and 5.0.2, now.

there is no security code issue reported by any users
...as for notifications there is
1) LED notification(blinking light alerting missed calls & new messages)
2)lock screen notification of messages, emails etc(lollipop feature)...isn't that enough
apps disappearing issue is also unheard in moto G
battery backup to moto G is also improve because of new battery saver in lollipop...
so STOP TROLLING

Don't upgrade to lollipop. I just did it in my moto g 1st gen. Its 5.0.2 now.
Not I can't open any ppts with more then 5 slides. It keep crashing. I used QuickOffice,Slides and MS Office but nothing works.
Dialing numbers is very slow. Its keep changing fancy colours buty req is quick call and no lag.
I am not sure but it looks I have to go for factory setting.
My feedback - lollypop sucks..
I was very happy with KitKat.

Reality doesn't match the hype.When accessing the phone using my security number the numbers drift on the screen so I press 7 and the number 8 appears. Apps disappear overnight. No alerts so you have to open your messages and e mail to see new ones. Yes it makes a sound but that's not really helpful. No charge either. This phone is overated and overpriced. Why so many tech sites rate this phone is beyond me. There are much better cheaper phones out there. Don't believe the hype. I won't be buyind a Motorola again.

1-more RAM
2-better battery(20%)
3-colourful interface(but white)
4-good battery saver
5-material design
6-no memory leaks
cons
1-laggy dialer
2-adaptive brightness doesn't work properly
3-no 'silent mode'(instead 'priority mode')
everything else running smoothly. i updated on 14-1-2015
