The top three placed phones have single lens only. Dual cameras are just gimmicks but nothing else. Sony, which also have camera division never released a dual cam phone till now. Why are they comparing the S8 and Pixel cameras to the S7 edge camera and not to the S7 camera? Compare phablets to phablets, and regular-sized smartphones to regular-sized smartphones.

Because IT neither have best camera, neither best sound, neither nice speakers, neither best construction, neither best battery life, neither nice ergonomics and so on. I'm not saying that S8 a bad phone. But that doesn't mean you "don't care" anything about that . so if S8 got 88score on DXO mark, u don't care, then it gets same battery life as s7, then also u don't care, this means u got overly excited about that tall display which is only a longer version of s7 display and curved.
