Michail had written that the MIUI 11 is based on Android 10, and that was correct at the time of the UI announcement. However, Xiaomi's updates of the MIUI do not automatically mean they come with the latest Android, and it has been like that since the company has been on the smartphone market - almost a decade. Just like not all phones with MIUI 10 are on Android Pie, we have some ancient devices with MIUI 9 stuck on Nougat, and so on.
I understand you might've gotten confused how come some phones will get MIUI 11 without Android 10, and I will correct this in the article.

Morteza, 08 Nov 2019My Pocophone F1 (Global version) has already updated 2 days ago to "MIUI Global 11.0.5|Stable"... morepoco f1 was andriod 9 before the miui 11 updates -_-
the only good part of poco f1 was 1st or 2nd month update from andriod 8 to andriod 9 since the time the released the phone and specs of the phone were good too.
but now i wish if i would have waited few months more i could have got redmi k20 pro instead.
Nevertheless, Poco f1 is great phone too so not at all much disappointed.
