MIUI is not a bad OS. I've used MI 5 and loved MIUI 10. Can we see a detailed review of MIUI 11?

Okay no android update but It's a shame Xiaomi don't update security patch.
Redmi 4x global released in February 2017..
Last security patch update to October 2018..

My Redmi Note 7 still does not have the update. I have enabled early updates in the settings, even signed up for the "stable beta" testing. MIUI 11 for RN7 was supposed to released between 22-31 October. Instead of fooling people it would be better if they would not publish any release dates
I did receive the MIUI 11 but is the version 11.0.1.0 and this one is still running on Android 9. I am using a Mi 9T and I am from Romania.
I am waiting for the next update to Android 10. Does someone know when is this planed to happened?

This website is so slow annoucing things like...
Redmi 7 Globla already receive MIUI11 last week, my mom own one and they receive it.
My Mi9 EEA version receive the update 5 days ago, and Redmi Note 7 receive it yesterday in Global too.
Why saying that is china only or will receive when update just are rolling out for days?! well well.
