Shanti Dope, 08 Nov 2019In exactly what way? The OnePlus 7 series have great cameras. From that alone, the ROG alread... moreThe ROG completely kills it. It's unanimous on YouTube as to who is the winner. OnePlus is no longer the flagship killer anymore. Fanboys have to live it.

Only people justifying it are the ones who bought the OnePlus 7t and then saw Asus drop a bomb few months later at the same price. It's just sour grapes for OnePlus buyers.

120hz doesn't consume much more than 90hz.
My ROG 2 gives me 1.5 - 2 days battery with heavy usage.

I miss the old $500 prices, the gimmicks don't justify the new prices.

So that's what every new One Plus generation will be about? More hertz? Well Sharp already makes those screens with 240 Hertz refresh so there you go, we already know what the One Plus 8 and 9 will bring to the table.

Sambiguous, 08 Nov 2019Yea I agree, I've got a 120hz ipad Pro and I can't tell the difference from my 60hz phone, and... moreIt's the exact opposite for me. 1440p is imo useless on a phone. 1080p looks just as sharp and uses less battery life where as 120Hz I can really tell the difference. And the thing about a 120Hz display is that when turned down to 60Hz it perfectly mimics a 60Hz display where as a 1440p running at 1080p uses more pixels than an actual 1080p display and hence kills the battery faster.

And how will they support a 120hz display? Since they have not even perfected battery life on 90 hrz one. Second HD is more than enough QHD displays in smallscreens don’t even make scense
