I've owned the V600 and RAZR V3 and it's a tie in my book. The RAZR did have a video recorder which pissed me off with the V600 because my Sanyo SCP-5500 had it.

Never owned the Motorola Aura. Looks really cool though. Too bad in came when a time smartphones with app stores took over.

Looks like Huawei Nova 6 and Vivo X30 Procwill use imx686 60MP.
