I have had two of these phones since they were available.
I love the fact you can switch them off and when switched back on they tell you of your missed calls, not many modern phones will do that. You have to leave them on. Also, in the the car kit they will auto answer, not many modern phones will do that. My wife still uses hers as she can manipulate the solid action buttons even though she has arthritic finger joints.
Best mobiles ever. Well done Nokia, it's ashame you've had to follow other manufacturers and go backwards.

Still have it!! year 2015! But it has little issues :( :( But still works. People in streets look at me when i have this phone. hahaha. Love this phone. :) :)

I went to an exhibition at the Natural History Museum in London. For entry I had a code, which it was convenient to store in the Nokia 5110. When I showed it at the entrance, the man checking admissions said "You should take that to the Science Museum just down the road!

Still a cool phone. I've got a flashy greenish cover on my 5110 and it looks pretty damn good. Standby time is endless compared to nowadays smartphones. But it's really uncomfortable in the pocket.
It's so thick, but heck, it's from 1998. Just a wonderful phone with exchangeable covers.

i bought it from ebay half a year ago.
it was new in box' all new never used.
seller was from germany.
it works with my simcard form israeli provider.
i had iphone 4s and im sick of it.
i like the simple nokia' great battery and people like to play with it alot more with their iphones or galaxy.
no facebook no notifications no whatsap. i love it!
btw i had the 3210 in school and now im 30 and have the 5110 and use it as every day phone and its great i charge it once in 5 days

I used to have this phone, this was my first phone ever. hahaha and everytime the signal would be cut off, all I do is make it bounce against the wall. and then after that it has signal, but yeah the numbers on the screen are dancing. haha

This phone is built to last forever.
It was made for one sole purpose, making calls.
Heavy-duty and the most reliable phone in its time.
I had this phone and it was awesome I can get signal even im inside the cave.hahaha. But hell yeah this phone can get signal even at a dead-spot.
I remember my high school days with this phone.
Brings a lot of memories. : )

My 5110 works great. Got it in bright yellow or whatever the colour is called. When you use this in front of all the smartphone addicted people they stare at it with big eyes as if they've never seen a phone like this before. It's fun to use it on occasional base.
