I advise all to avoid buying Panasonic Mobile handset in India. I had buy T-31 model on 12-4-14 & find multiple touch screen issues in handset also being mention by other users in review. I had till today 3 times submitted handset in service center as per co.'s instruction but issue is being unsolved. Also co. & service center both describe different problem in handset & both were not ready to give any thing in writing. every time co. request to submit handset again but not even agreed to provide DOA letter if issues are being not solved. Panasonic India have 1 way policy of selling products only & seems co. not have any consent with it's defective product after sales.

Bought it from a local retailer. Software bricked in just a week. submitted to service centre and response was to change motherboard and might take a month or more to be return from company after repair. Such a poor and negative response from service centre and negligiency after the time and value of customer. I have to switch to samsung or motorola because of there excellent after sales. Remark : SAMSUNG, NOKIA AND MOTOROLA HAVE BETTER AFTER SALES AND PRIORITISE IT BEFORE OTHER BRANDS.

unable to access second sim. when i switch on the phone after inserting the second sim also I am getting the error NO SIM CARD DETECTED, CHECK IF SIM IS REGISTERED
