u can easily get the touch screen in chandni chauk delhi at around rs 1000 but yes there is no warranty with this...but u can try atleast.i m also going to buy a new touch screen panel from delhi..

I got this phone 1yr back. Display broke within 1 month of purchase. Phone is dummy from that time. Where can i get duplicate screen, please suggest

Spice mi550 current lowest price on olx or flipcart is 6999/- only. But company selling screen panel in 6500 + tax. What a strange things? Can anybody suggest me that Where i find the duplicate screen for this model?

For my broken screen, so many times I visited and asked for service center and call customer care center, but i was not satisfied wid high price.
Simply company loosing credits day by day by increasing no.of unsatisfied customers.

Is it true, should I be contacting someone else, kindly advice.

Poor quality of response from Spice
I bought spice MI550 in Dec 2013 thru Home shop 18. Few problems with phone, Service Centre and Customer care.
1) Its battery is not charging
2) The charging port inside phone is not working properly.
3) Charger is already dead
I went to spice service centre ASC Optimum Teleservices Pvt Ltd. A-160,Second Floor,krisna bhawan shakarpur,delhi-92 to get it repaired and for the replacement of battery. They informed that the warranty of charging port and battery is for six months. Six months has gone, it will cost you Rs. 950 for repair the port and Rs. 750 for battery. Further battery is not available in the store. You have to lodge a complaint with customer care, take your token no. And again come to service centre then your request will be entertained.
I lodged a complaint and again went to service centre. They took the complaint and said after 20-25 days again to lodge a complaint with Customer care. They refused to repair charging port which in under warranty
It was very surprising for me that they were sure even after 20 days company will not send the battery to the centre.
I lodged a complaint again with Customer care on the same day.
Today, after 10 days I called up customer care to know the status, they were totally blank about dispatch details and unable to give me a date when I will receive the battery.
Could anyone can help in this regard.

They asked for Rs. 7000/- for damaged screen replacement. I visited many time there & called to customer care but answer is Rs. 7000/- So bro stop saying all this.

Service centre asking for 7800 + tax ...which will reach around more than 8500/-.
Kindly tell from where u bought the screen at such a low price.
Very bad business practice on the part of company.
