2. To make virtual memory on external sd card you need first to partition that card: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svvglv0xIO8
3. Than you need app Link2sd to link files from your internal to virtual memory on ext sd card: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3l8v7DbwLM
4.Than if you want to move your installed apps and games from internal to external sd card you need app Foldermount: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9axAqRAwBo

http://www.jellydroid.com/2014/01/root-zte-blade--q-maxi/ just delete one of two display dash between blade and q and try again
